J:COM MDM

This app is designed for use when you lose your smartphone or tablet and need to perform actions such as locking the screen or erasing data (device initialization) from J:COM's customer center. It also helps you locate the position of your smartphone or tablet.

* To use this app, enrollment in J:COM's "安心端末保証48" (Peace of Mind Device Protection 48) is required. MDM stands for Mobile Device Management, a commonly used term.

■ App Features:

• Remote device initialization
• Remote screen lock (reproduces the lock state set when the device is lost; lock state refers to swipes, patterns, password input, etc.)
• Location information acquisition (if the device is in Doze mode [power-saving mode] and the current location cannot be obtained, the last confirmed location is retrieved)
• Change remote device unlock password (available only for Android OS 6 and earlier)
